Only the Space Owner and users with "Full" permission for the Integrations have access.
The GoTodo app for Zoom enables teams to build an all-in-one digital meeting room and effectively collaborate during meetings and workshops.
As soon as you install the app in Zoom, you can start sharing GoTodo app at your Zoom meetings and use right within Zoom.

Users can find the GoTodo app for Zoom on Zoom App Marketplace
Note
For Zoom Business and Enterprise plans, an admin may need to pre-approve the GoTodo app for use in your organization.
Click the Request pre-approve button to request access from your company’s Zoom admin. Once approved users can authorize the GoTodo app for Zoom via the installation flow.
How to use the GoTodo app in the Zoom desktop client
Once authorized the app will redirect you to your Zoom desktop client and show the newly installed GoTodo app.
Sign-in to access your GoTodo account
Existing GoTodo users need to sign in to access their workspaces. New users could sign up from within the Zoom app. You can choose to install the app for any team.
Share and collaborate on boards with meeting participants
Use the Zoom app controls to share or collaborate on the board with participants:
Share screen - this functions as the standard “Share Screen” and allows you to share the window that your GoTodo app is in. Recommended for when you only want to share content, but not allow access to the GoTodo app
Send - this enables you to share the GoTodo app with participants to access and collaborate on the GoTodo app within Zoom. Every recipient will be asked to install the app and might be required to sign in to collaborate on the GoTodo app.
Expand - this allows you to expand the GoTodo app across the main screen of the meeting so that you can collaborate on the board while still keeping participants within view.
Collapse - will bring the GoTodo app back into the smaller side-panel experience.
How to uninstall the app
- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to Solutions > Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the GoTodo app.
Click Uninstall.
