Can I use GoTodo for Free?
Ofcourse! GoTodo is completely free to use. When you need more Space or require additional features, you can always upgrade for more space and powerful features.
Do you offer free trials?
Yes, you can start your free trial for 14 days now. Login and navigate to Plans & Billing
Will I have to pay for each space?
No, you will not have to pay for each space, you will pay only for total active users.
Will I be charged for the same user added to different spaces?
No, you will be charged only once per user (for users belonging to spaces in your account).
Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?
Yes, we offer both monthly and yearly subscriptions. The yearly plan saves 2 months.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, absolutely. There's no minimum contract period for GoTodo. You can cancel at any time without any penalty. You can switch back to Free Plan anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
To receive a refund from the Yearly Subscription you must request the refund within 14 days of subscribing. Monthly Subscriptions are not eligible for a refund.
